With exceptional communication, public relations, problem-solving, and leadership skills, Nagesh combines his profound understanding of engineering and architectural codes to create outstanding architectural solutions.

Prior to establishing NMDA, Nagesh Musham held the position of Senior Architect and Director at a prestigious company, where he successfully managed various responsibilities such as client relations, comprehensive design development, space planning, specification formulation, material and equipment selection, cost estimation, project scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

One of Nagesh's core areas of expertise lies in healthcare design, exhibiting competence in designing hospitals of any scale and typology. His extensive experience in this field enables him to navigate the complexities of healthcare architecture, ensuring the creation of spaces that prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and the well-being of patients and healthcare professionals.

In addition to his professional achievements, Nagesh Musham serves as a Visiting Professor at Sri Venkateshwara College of Architecture, Madhapur since 2018. In this role, he passionately imparts his knowledge and practical applications of architecture, guiding aspiring architects in the process of design and fostering their growth in the field.
